Most AI tools just slap a chat interface on stuff and call it a day—TalentOS is positioning itself as the actual operating system that gets companies to adopt AI in practice, not just fiddle around with chatbots. Built by Hmue Thitsar Khaing, James Win, and "zed" (love the anonymity), they're tackling the real problem: companies aren't lacking AI tools, they're failing to integrate them into how work actually gets done. It's a crowded space and I can't see meaningful traction yet, but the framing—that adoption, not access, is the bottleneck—is the right read.
