Upwarn

Every startup founder I know eventually learns the hard way that "we'll just ping each other in Slack" turns into a communication black hole around week three. Upwarn's whole thing is catching that slip before it becomes a pattern — simple problem, obvious solution, which is honestly why it might actually work. The project-alert space is crowded as hell though, so I'll need to see some traction or a genuinely smarter workflow to care beyond the concept.
