Adaptive built something interesting here. Their Triggered Agents watch your business events—new signups, form submissions, calendar invites, webhook hits, whatever you care about—and autonomously execute actions. No more manually setting up Zapier workflows at 11pm. No more "someone should really automate this task" sitting in Notion for months. The agent sees the event and just DOES the thing.

The problem with most automation tools is they're reactive. You set up a trigger, you define an action, you hope nothing breaks. Adaptive flips that. Their agents running in the background, watching for patterns, making decisions based on context. It's workflow automation that actually feels intelligent—which is wild because most "automation" tools are just fancy IFTTT statements dressed up in enterprise pricing.

This is an early one. No funding announced, no user counts, no growth metrics to flex yet. But the concept hits different. Every company has a list of "we should automate this" items gathering dust. Triggered Agents might actually kill that list.
