Tollecode is a local AI coding assistant that runs AI agents on your machine instead of in the cloud — a bold flex in a market where Cursor, Copilot, and every other AI coding tool sends your prompts to some remote server. Built by a four-person team that includes two Bernards (Ossei and Ossei-Agyei), the privacy-first pitch is interesting, though right now it reads as early-stage.
