Our Take
Denitsa Pencheva, Yannick Veys, Pavel Kucherbaev, Katya Rassadina, Thomas Valera, Samuele Onelia, and Ivan Senkin looked at Calendly and said "yeah it works but it looks like a spreadsheet fell in love with a thermostat." So they built TimeTuna—scheduling pages that don't make your clients feel like they're filing taxes.
TimeTuna gives you video backgrounds, custom avatars, brand logos, the whole aesthetic suite. Your booking page actually looks like YOUR brand instead of some beige SaaS default. It syncs with Google, Microsoft, and iCal calendars in real-time, auto-generates Zoom and Google Meet links, handles multiple meeting durations, and can even process payments through Stripe. They've got team scheduling with round-robin routing, custom domains with automatic HTTPS, embeddable pages, SMS reminders—the whole Nine. And here's the kicker: there's a free forever plan. Not a trial. Free. As in beer.
Seven cofounders is a lotta chef, but when you're going up against a billion-dollar incumbent, you need the army. TimeTuna's bet is simple—beauty is a feature, and people will pay for it. The Pro plan is €60/year, Executive is €120/year. They're targeting founders, artists, designers, agencies—people who care about how things look because their livelihoods depend on it.
If scheduling is table stakes, TimeTuna just brought the golden cutlery.
