Screenslice

Screenslice does one thing and does it well — lets you share just a section of your screen instead of your entire desktop in video calls, which is genuinely less chaotic than the full-screen share defaults we all deal with on Zoom and Google Meet. It's the kind of obvious-in-retrospect tool that probably should've been built into those platforms years ago. That said, I'm not seeing much here about how it's actually different from just resizing your window or using a native feature, so I can't tell if this is a real solution or just a nice-to-have wrapper. Give me more signal on the actual mechanism and I'll have a real take.
