Rubber Duck

I don't know enough about Rubber Duck to have a real take here — the description just says it's something for cross-model reviews in GitHub Copilot CLI, which could mean a million things. If it's actually helping developers compare outputs across different Copilot models, that's an interesting angle, but I'd need to know how it works and who's behind it before I'd have any strong feelings either way.
