Gift-giving is a massive market and everyone hates it. That's the opportunity. The entire $300 billion global gift industry runs on scrambling, late-night Google searches, and that guilty feeling when you gift someone a candle they already have. Presents.Chat wants to own that moment—the mental load of "what do I get Sarah?"—and make Penny the person you text instead of spiraling.
They're currently in beta on BetaList, iterating on the experience. No funding news yet, no founder names publicly attached. Just a simple premise: stop guessing, start gifting.
