Minions

Minions is an open-source mission control interface for Hermes agent—but here's the thing about open source developer tools right now: everyone's trying to build the infrastructure layer for the AI agent boom, and the ones going open source first are playing a longer game. It's a bet that community contribution and transparency will win over proprietary lock-in eventually.

Hermes is clearly the backbone here, and Minions is building the cockpit. Whether that's worth watching depends entirely on how big the Hermes ecosystem gets. Open source mission control is only as valuable as the mission itself. This one is worth bookmarking and revisiting when there are more users, more contributors, or actual usage metrics to point at. Until then, it's a promising tool in a space that's about to get very crowded.
