Mailero does the email-to-ticket thing that basically every helpdesk tool does, so I can't really tell you what makes it special or if it's worth your time without seeing how it actually works or who built it. The description just says "turn support emails into tickets" which is the bare minimum explanation — I'd need to see the actual product to have a real take.
