Knock agent for Slack
Build, manage, and ship customer messaging from Slack

Our Take
Knock launched their Agent product—a way to build, manage, and ship customer messaging directly from Slack. Eight people built it: Ilya Suzdalnitski, Andrew Glassman, Scott Strand, Tina Chhabra, Mike Carbone, Chris Bell, Sam Seely, and Marianna Tymchuk. The agents can design broadcasts, qualify leads, enrich profiles, classify conversations, personalize outreach, and summarize threads. You can trigger them from the dashboard, Claude, Slack, or use the MCP server and CLI.
It's Knock's AI layer on top of their customer engagement infrastructure. Who built these agents? What do they actually do? That's the product. Built by eight people in a $150+ billion customer engagement market.
