Our Take
Axcelner built Cleo because somebody had to. The old way of shipping software—quarterly roadmaps, stakeholder meetings, tickets that lose context by the time an agent reads them—is officially broken. Coding agents write the code now, and your production already shows you what to build next. The bottleneck isn't throughput anymore. It's feeding agents the right context at the moment a decision has to be made.
Cleo is the AI product engineer that closes that gap. It continuously monitors customer signal, product usage, and agent traces, scores every bet by users affected times dollars in play, and hands context bundles—not tickets—to Cursor, Claude Code, Devin, or Cline. Every bet carries its audit trail: the usage cohort, the trace, the customer ask that triggered it. Decisions become reviewable, not political. The loop closes against the same metric that opened it. End to end, on repeat.
Their thesis is simple and aggressive: stop deciding what to build and start running agents against production truth. Cleo connects to Sentry, Datadog, LangSmith, Linear, Mixpanel, and 249 more tools. That's not a feature list—that's a nervous system.
If your roadmap still looks like a spreadsheet from 2019, Cleo just made it obsolete.
