Our Take
API Pick showed up on Product Hunt with a simple pitch: data APIs built for AI agents and developers, free to start. That's it. That's all we know publicly for now—a developer tool aiming to be the data layer for the AI apps everyone's building. The space is crowded (everyone and their mother is launching an API right now), but if they've got clean endpoints, proper schemas, and real-time data pipelines that actually work, developers will find them.
We don't have founder names, funding, or usage numbers yet—they're either pre-launch or keeping things quiet. What we do know: there's clearly demand for structured, reliable data feeds that AI agents can actually consume without cleaning up messy JSON on the client side. Whether API Pick solves that problem or just adds to the noise remains to be seen.
