Aperture is throwing shade at the hiring game with "hiring is broken," which, fine, bold claim, tons of tools say that. But I'm not seeing what actually makes their fix different from the fifty other ATSes and sourcing tools already out here. I need to know the mechanism — like, are they actually doing something novel with matching, or is this just another prettier interface on the same broken LinkedIn pipeline? The site exists but I'm not getting enough signal on what Aperture actually does.
